Steve Walton Scholarship
A $500 scholarship will be awarded to a student who plans to continue their career in the field of education and best demonstrates the following:
- An interest in education through activities and community involvement.
- A sense of concern and care for others.
- Has a GPA of 4.0 or higher on a 5.0 scale.

How to Apply
All applicants are to submit the following to the Guidance office no later than April 5, 2011:
1. Your resume of school and community activities including personal contact information.
2. An essay that explains how you became interested in teaching as a profession and your vision of yourself as a teacher.
